TEMPTATION Lady Houseboat is a modern 10 -12 berth floating home with every convenience included to make your river holiday stress free and relaxing. Enjoy the stunning views at every bend while spending time with family and friends.

It contains the following features:

• Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line equipment for the gourmet chef including ample serving trays for those pre-dinner nibbles and of course cooking pans, dishes, cutlery and dishwasher.
• Expansive lounge and dining area including long table that seats 12 people. Plenty of room for all guests to relax.
• Flat Screen TV, DVD and CD player along with DVD’s, CD’s and an extensive selection of books, magazines and games.
• BBQ with roasting hood on front deck
• Large swim deck and boat hitch.
• 5 large bedrooms with Queen size zip apart beds that easily convert to singles to accommodate your group’s needs. Sofa in the lounge area also converts to a double bed.
• Two large ice chests on the front deck. Pack the swimmers, skis, beach towels and life jackets and find yourself one of the beautiful sandy beaches above Morgan.
• Spacious upper deck with sun canopy, outdoor setting and sun lounges.
• All bed linen, quilts, blankets, towels, tea towels and basic kitchen items such as ,plastic wrap, detergents and garbage bags are provided. You only need bring your own personal items and food and drinks.

Deposit: $500 payable to us within 5 working days to confirm your booking. Payment of deposit and or balance in full constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Final Payment: The final payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure and 8 weeks prior for peak season.

Security Bond: $1000 bond is payable by cash on boarding. This will be refunded by mail, less fuel costs when the boat is returned on time in a clean, tidy good order and condition. Damage or loss will be charged at cost.

Smoke Free: TEMPTATION Lady Houseboat is an indoors smoke free environment. Smoking receptables are on the outside decks. Additional cleaning charges will apply for breach of our smoking policy.

Cancellations: Cancellations notified more than 90 days prior to depatrture will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations notified between 45 and 90 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be rebooked for its full value. In this case, all monies, less $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. Cancellations notified less than 45 days will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be rebooked and a $150 cancellation fee will apply.
