The second addition to the fleet was commissioned at the end of June 2003. Another popular boat, it has the same design as Fox Tale 1 but with timber-lined hallways and timber doors.

It is a modern, luxurious 6-berth vessel (which can accomodate a maximum of 10 in winter and 12 in summer). It is powered by 2 50hp Yamaha 4-stroke outboards which have proved to be very reliable and economical.

• an extremely popular rear lounge - a comfortable spot to join in the fun when everyone is enjoying themselves on the swim deck when you are moored. Many families use it as a "kids retreat" where they can watch DVD's and enjoy themselves while the parents have their own "space" in the main lounge area at the other end of the boat!

Trivia: The timber used for the doors and hallway is cypress pine. Incredibly hard timber, it was recycled from an old wool shed in far outback Queensland and is estimated to be at least 100 years old. The wool shed has some history associated with it. When electric shears were first invented, one of the experienced shearers claimed he could out-shear the electric invention with the old hand shears - and he won quite convincingly!
